Every item is made just for you—no warehouse stock. Orders go through production before shipping.

Processing Time: 7–10 business days (Mon–Fri) for printing, packing, and quality checks.

Estimated Shipping:

  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–10 business days
  • International: 10–15 business days

These are estimates. Once with the carrier, delivery times may vary.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping only during promotions.

Customs & Taxes: International orders may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes. These are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages:

  • We aren’t responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen.
  • Contact us within 30 days if your order is lost in transit.
  • Packages returned due to wrong or incomplete addresses require reshipment fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

Email us within 7 days with photos and your order number. If it’s our mistake, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

All of our products are made just for you, so we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

-Ordering the wrong size (please check our size charts!)


-Providing the wrong shipping address

-Your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted


-Your order never arrives due to our or the carrier’s error

-Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 15 days of delivery.


-Claims for lost packages must be made within 15 days of the estimated delivery date.

Other notes:
- Wrong size, wrong address, or unclaimed packages may require reshipment fees


-If a package is stolen, file a police report and share a copy with us; reshipping may be considered
